ENGAUGE FITNESS has been empowering bodies for more than two decades when Founder and Chief Coach, Sherwin Jose, landed in the Sultanate of Oman. The EF brand was established after identifying the need for a professional corrective training method along with the right nutritional guidance with guaranteed results. We Gauge your current fitness level and provide a complete bespoke training & nutritional plan.

THE STUDIO

The studio is spread across a massive area of 700 sq.m, with a separate section for ladies & gents, group sessions, steam, jacuzzi, shower, cardio area and is equipped with the latest fitness equipment. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and personal care. You are not a number here, you are an ENGAUGER.
